Design & Quotation
Matt and Lloyd will provide you with a range of design options during an on-site survey with a guide price.

Planning application & Architect measured survey
Our team will organise a full measured survey and following that drawings will be produced for your review and feedback. A Planning Application or Certificate of Lawful Development will be processed on your behalf and we will liaise with the planning officers throughout the 8 week process.

Party Wall Agreements and Building Regulations
We will guide you through the process of serving Party Wall notices and this will be monitored throughout by our recommended qualified surveyors if required. We will liaise with Building Control to ensure all Building Regulations are complied with.

Work schedules
Matt and Lloyd will go through the works schedule and cost plan with you once planning has been approved.

Build
- On-site construction
- Installation of doors and windows
- Internal finishing including electrics, plumbing, plaster boarding and plastering
- Kitchen and appliance installation
- Decoration
- Site clearance

Completion
Before you pop open the champagne, your allocated Site Manager will review the project with you as it nears completion, making sure that all tasks have been fulfilled and we’ve achieved everything expected.
